A Bit About Me:

Hello! I’m Lindsey, a dedicated sleep specialist with a passion for helping others achieve restful and restorative sleep. My journey into the world of sleep medicine began over a decade ago when I became fascinated by the intricate ways sleep impacts our health and well-being. I pursued extensive training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), recognising its potential to transform lives by addressing the root causes of insomnia.

Throughout my career, I've honed my expertise in various areas, including:

  • Menopause-Related Sleep Disorders: Understanding the unique challenges women face during menopause and offering tailored solutions to improve their sleep quality.

  • Shift Work Sleep Disorders: Assisting individuals who work irregular hours to develop strategies that promote better sleep and overall well-being.

  • Age-Related Sleep Issues: Providing support and guidance to older adults experiencing sleep disturbances, ensuring they enjoy a good night's sleep.

  • Mental Health and Sleep: Addressing the complex relationship between mental health and sleep, helping those with anxiety, depression, and other conditions to improve their sleep patterns.

  • Adolescent Sleep: Focusing on the unique sleep needs of teenagers, helping them establish healthy sleep habits during this crucial developmental stage.

  • Children and Babies’ Sleep: Working for many years with children and babies to help parents develop routines and strategies that foster better sleep for their little ones.

In addition to my work as a sleep specialist, I have had a career in operational management within a multinational company. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the significant impact that wellbeing, particularly sleep, can have on business performance and productivity. I firmly believe that prioritising employee wellbeing is essential for the success of any organisation.

My mission is to empower individuals to take control of their sleep health through personalised care and evidence-based techniques. I believe that everyone deserves to experience the benefits of a good night's sleep and I am committed to helping my clients achieve just that.
